Egypt Elite is a boutique luxury travel company that is fully IATA-accredited and certified (IATA agency code: 08602300). As a unique hybrid of both a full-service travel agency and an on-the-ground tour operator, Egypt Elite is incorporated in the United States with its principal office and place of business in Cairo, Egypt.
Egypt Elite was conceptualised in 2011 and launched in 2012 by John Navarre – one of the world’s leading genuine experts on travel to and around Egypt. Over nearly 15 years, John and his team of both on-the-ground Western and local staff within Egypt have grown Egypt Elite from a small upstart travel agency doing things very differently within a highly entrenched, monopolized, ethnically questionable market to being the number one Western-led, on-the-ground, hybrid travel agency and tour operator brand across Egypt and the wider Middle East.
John still works full-time as the CEO of Egypt Elite and remains personally involved on the ground in Egypt overseeing Egypt Elite’s operations, meeting and spending time with guests, and developing various other tourism-related projects, partnerships, and initiatives within Egypt as well as in Jordan, Turkey, and soon Saudi Arabia.
